Segundo o boletim policial a v\u00edtima  identificada como Julius Cesar Costa Silva, se encontrava em uma festa no bairro Bandeirantes promovida por um tal de <strong><em>&#8220;Denim&#8221;<\/em><\/strong> em companhia de um rapaz conhecido por Marc\u00edlio. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que durante a festa o Julius estava tentando reconciliar com a namorada houve a interven\u00e7\u00e3o de jovem conhecido como Danielsinho que entrou em discuss\u00e3o com J\u00falius.&nbsp;Marc\u00edlio, a namorada e Julius, foram embora &nbsp;e ao passarem pela Avenida Sanit\u00e1ria pr\u00f3ximo ao CEU, surgiu uma motocicleta com dois ocupantes discutiram novamente com o Julius e dos ocupantes do ve\u00edculo sacou de uma arma de fogo e efetuou &nbsp;disparos acertando Julius no t\u00f3rax e abd\u00f4men, ele morreu no local, nesse momento Marc\u00edlio e a namorada correram dire\u00e7\u00e3o ao c\u00f3rrego, o autor armado disparou mais vezes atingindo Marcilio de rasp\u00e3o na perna sendo ele  socorrido por terceiros at\u00e9 o hospital. <br><br>O perito Wanderson esteve no local realizando os trabalhos de praxe. Ap\u00f3s ser passar por atendimento m\u00e9dico, Marc\u00edlio foi ouvido pelos militares e n\u00e3o soube informar sobre autoria e motiva\u00e7\u00e3o do crime.
