A defesa recorreu com recurso, mas a 9\u00aa C\u00e2mara Criminal Especializada do TJMG negou provimento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em nota o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, a defesa havia recorrido da pena por feminic\u00eddio, mas perdeu o recurso que pedia a revis\u00e3o da senten\u00e7a.
