J.A foi colocado em liberdade por volta das 07h e estava acompanhado de uma mulher a qual foi busc\u00e1-lo em um ve\u00edculo, quando na estrada sentido ao bairro Cidade Nova, em Santana do Para\u00edso, surgiu um ve\u00edculo de cor cinza, parou \u00e0 frente do carro onde a v\u00edtima estava, um passageiro de rev\u00f3lver em punho desceu e efetuou os disparos que atingiram o carro, J.A., para n\u00e3o ser morto, correu para um matagal e o atirador foi atr\u00e1s efetuando mais disparos, um deles o atingiu no bra\u00e7o esquerdo causando fratura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A mulher tentou sair com o ve\u00edculo \u00e0s pressas e bateu em uma \u00e1rvore. O autor retornou ao ve\u00edculo dele e fugiu. O homem baleado foi levado pelo amigo \u00e0 UPA do bairro Cana\u00e3 e devido a gravidade do ferimento transferido para o Hospital M\u00e1rcio Cunha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A v\u00edtima se negou a comentar sobre a autoria.
