Conforme o boletim policial, o fato foi registrado na tarde de sexta-feira (22\/03), no bairro Alegre, em Tim\u00f3teo, o autor agrediu a v\u00edtima com chutes e socos, a empurrou de uma escada e ainda lhe aplicou v\u00e1rios golpes usando uma machadinha.
