De acordo com o boletim de ocorr\u00eancia, o autor depois de agredir com enxadadas a esposa de 49 anos, na comunidade de C\u00f3rrego do Rum\u00e3o, procurou os militares no destacamento e se entregou, alegando legitima defesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O autor relatou que foi amea\u00e7ado de morte, temendo por sua vida, se armou com uma enxada e agrediu a v\u00edtima que pretende p\u00f4r fim no relacionamento. Familiares da mulher informaram que o casal se desentendeu por que o homem n\u00e3o aceita a separa\u00e7\u00e3o, e quando a mulher tratava dos animais, foi surpreendida pelo marido que a agrediu com as enxadadas, testemunhas intervieram e tamb\u00e9m foram agredidas, o homem ao sair de casa com o carro, tentou atropelar as pessoas que deram amparo \u00e0 v\u00edtima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A mulher com ferimentos foi socorrida pela ambul\u00e2ncia local at\u00e9 a (UPA) em Ipatinga.
