Nesta segunda-feira (09\/06), a Pol\u00edcia Civil de Minas Gerais, por meio da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia Civil de Raul Soares, deu cumprimento a pris\u00e3o preventiva de um homem, de 32 anos, investigado por descumprir medida protetiva de urg\u00eancia em favor da ex-companheira dele, de 37 anos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Segundo apurado no curso das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, o autor violou,
repetidamente, a ordem judicial que lhe impunha o afastamento da v\u00edtima, passando a amea\u00e7\u00e1-la de morte por meio de mensagens de voz enviadas via WhatsApp, al\u00e9m de ter remetido uma fotografia em que aparece empunhando uma arma de fogo, com o claro intuito de intimid\u00e1-la.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Considerando a gravidade dos fatos, o hist\u00f3rico de viol\u00eancia e o risco concreto \u00e0 integridade f\u00edsica e psicol\u00f3gica da mulher, a Autoridade Policial representou pela pris\u00e3o preventiva do investigado, medida que foi deferida pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio e devidamente cumprida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A Pol\u00edcia Civil refor\u00e7a seu compromisso com o enfrentamento \u00e0 viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica e familiar, atuando com firmeza para garantir a seguran\u00e7a das v\u00edtimas e a responsabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos autores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
