Ele foi autorizado pela Justi\u00e7a a cumprir seis anos em pris\u00e3o domiciliar na casa de parentes em Ipatinga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No entanto, havia contra ele uma medida protetiva solicitada por sua sobrinha, em decorr\u00eancia de agress\u00f5es enquadradas na Lei Maria da Penha.
