A v\u00edtima, uma mulher de 25 anos, denunciou o ex-companheiro ap\u00f3s ter sido retirada \u00e0 for\u00e7a de um ve\u00edculo de aplicativo, agredida com socos e chutes e, em seguida, estuprada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em depoimento \u00e0s autoridades, ela contou que passou a ser perseguida pelo suspeito depois de ter conquistado uma decis\u00e3o judicial relacionada \u00e0 pens\u00e3o aliment\u00edcia. Ainda segundo o relato, durante o ataque, ocorrido na tarde de domingo, o acusado a levou para um local ermo, pr\u00f3ximo \u00e0 \u00e1rea dos mot\u00e9is, onde o crime aconteceu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A v\u00edtima afirmou que gritou por socorro e acabou sendo amparada por um policial penal que passava pelo local.
