A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Minas Gerais (PCMG) prendeu dois homens e uma mulher durante a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Vox Veritatis, realizada em Guanh\u00e3es, na regi\u00e3o Leste do Estado. A a\u00e7\u00e3o teve como foco o combate \u00e0 explora\u00e7\u00e3o sexual infantil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es tiveram in\u00edcio ap\u00f3s informa\u00e7\u00f5es obtidas por meio de escuta especializada da v\u00edtima, procedimento previsto para garantir prote\u00e7\u00e3o e acolhimento adequado \u00e0 crian\u00e7a. A partir dos relatos, os policiais aprofundaram as apura\u00e7\u00f5es e reuniram provas t\u00e9cnicas que embasaram as medidas judiciais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Conforme apurado, a m\u00e3e da v\u00edtima \u00e9 suspeita de ter utilizado a condi\u00e7\u00e3o de respons\u00e1vel legal para obter vantagem financeira decorrente da explora\u00e7\u00e3o sexual da pr\u00f3pria filha. Diante da gravidade dos fatos e do risco \u00e0 integridade da crian\u00e7a, foram adotadas medidas cautelares para interromper a viol\u00eancia e assegurar a prote\u00e7\u00e3o da v\u00edtima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Segundo a Pol\u00edcia Civil, a opera\u00e7\u00e3o teve como objetivo responsabilizar os envolvidos e garantir os direitos da crian\u00e7a, em conformidade com o Estatuto da Crian\u00e7a e do Adolescente (ECA) e demais legisla\u00e7\u00f5es vigentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
