Ap\u00f3s consulta aos sistemas policiais, foi constatada a exist\u00eancia de um mandado de pris\u00e3o em aberto em seu desfavor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O mandado refere-se ao crime previsto no Artigo 157 do C\u00f3digo Penal (Lei n\u00ba 2.848), que trata do crime de roubo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diante da confirma\u00e7\u00e3o da ordem judicial, foi dada voz de pris\u00e3o ao autor, que foi conduzido inicialmente ao Hospital S\u00e3o Sebasti\u00e3o, onde passou por avalia\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dica de praxe.
