Segundo as informa\u00e7\u00f5es iniciais, Luan estava com um len\u00e7ol amarrado \u00e0 janela da cela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uma equipe do SAMU foi acionada e, ao chegar ao local, constatou o \u00f3bito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conhecido como \u201cCirilo\u201d, Luan Martins era morador do bairro Nossa Senhora das Gra\u00e7as, em Tim\u00f3teo. Ele possu\u00eda antecedentes criminais por tr\u00e1fico de drogas e crime contra a vida, e havia dado entrada na unidade prisional no dia 6 de mar\u00e7o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A per\u00edcia da Pol\u00edcia Civil esteve no local e realizou os procedimentos de praxe.
