Ele mostra fotos \u00e0 v\u00edtima, diz que ela posou em \u201cposi\u00e7\u00f5es ginecol\u00f3gicas\u201d e, aos prantos, a mulher pede respeito.\u00a0<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O caso foi julgado em setembro, mas as imagens foram divulgadas apenas nesta ter\u00e7a. Andr\u00e9 de Camargo Aranha, o r\u00e9u, foi inocentado, sob a cifra jur\u00eddica de que havia cometido \u201cestupro culposo\u201d, instrumento que n\u00e3o existe no c\u00f3digo penal brasileiro que daria a entender que seria poss\u00edvel estuprar algu\u00e9m sem saber.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Protestos acalorados nas redes sociais levaram o tema a ser o mais discutido no Twitter brasileiro. \u201cEstupro culposo \u00e9 quando n\u00e3o h\u00e1 inten\u00e7\u00e3o de punir o estuprador\u201d, escreveu uma usu\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Figuras importantes do Judici\u00e1rio, como o ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), se manifestaram sobre o caso na rede social.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAs cenas da audi\u00eancia de Mariana Ferrer s\u00e3o estarrecedoras. O sistema de Justi\u00e7a deve ser instrumento de acolhimento, jamais de tortura e humilha\u00e7\u00e3o.
